Top Zambian lawyers are representing Matero MP Miles Sampa in his push to expose President Hakainde Hichilema’s alleged corrupt involved in the sell of Mopani Copper Mines.
President Hichilema is alleged to have breached the constitution to auction Mopani to his partners.
Lawyers representing Sampa at the constitution court include big shots Eric Silwamba, Joseph Jalasi, Lubinda Linyama, the Nchito brothers, Nchima and Mutembo.
Sampa posted, “No matter who you are, big, small, tall, short, rich, poor, black or white; Thou Shall Not Break The Constitution of Zambia.
“Mopani Mines transaction broke the Constitution of Zambia. We demand a reversal in the Constitution Court of Zambia. Case on today.”
