I keep saying that the tragedy with Zambia is that it has very poor quality ‘educated’ people in positions of power. But some people clench their fists and toss their buttocks in the air in anger, ati we are against education.
The purpose of education is to produce quality citizens. And those quality citizens drive transformation and development.
The difference between progressive nations and banana republics like Zambia is not in resources or natural endowments, but in the quality of the educated citizens to drive national progress.
