Matero MP and former president Michael Sata’s nephew, Miles Sampa, has conceded he was wrong to plunge the PF into chaos and wants his election as its president in 2023 nullified.

This [yesterday] morning I consented or submitted into the High Court that the PF convention that was held in 2023 that elected me as President, needs to be nullified.
This so we can go back to another convention that will allow all that may have applied as candidates then and those that wish to apply now, to do so for inclusive participation.
We trust then a President will emerge that will have consesus from all stake holders of our beloved party. I trust it’s the best route to take and more so given the unfortunate demise of President ECL.
Only a person that knows has zero support with the grassroot is likely to be against this proposition otherwise no one should fear a new or rematch football game when called.
We await judgement ‘when ready’ so we proceed to the general conference.
